Position Overview:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the execution of brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. You’ll be responsible for coordinating creative outputs, managing social media, supporting field marketing and events, and collaborating with internal teams on communication and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with external creative and print agencies on asset delivery, proofing, and final approvals.
- Manage the monthly creative calendar and ensure timely publishing of digital and offline assets.
- Track agency deliverables against scope and ensure quality control.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor social listening, tags, hashtags, lead enquiries, and post performance.
- Upload and manage YouTube content with correct titles, descriptions, and metadata.
Field & Event Marketing
- Coordinate execution of industry events, college activations, sales workshops, and installations.
- Handle stall bookings, branding collaterals, logistics (excluding travel/stay), and vendor onboarding.
- Liaise with vendors for printing, AV support, on-ground execution, and payment processing.
- Get 3 comparative quotes for all vendor-led work and ensure invoice accuracy.
Internal Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain for newsletters, town halls, and branding campaigns.
- Assist with internal storytelling (e.g. employee branding, leadership messages, team celebrations).
- Support design and execution of internal events, outings, and campaigns.
Video, Newsletter & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with the videographer and internal team to produce short videos, reels, and content capsules.
- Coordinate content collation for internal newsletters and ensure timely release (quarterly or monthly).
- Support creation of content for offline B2B collateral, mailers, brochures, and product flyers.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain trackers for all events, payments, and project statuses.
- Present a monthly performance deck to the CMO (content highlights, issues, ideas).
- Conduct competitor and industry research to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand execution, digital marketing, or event coordination.
- Strong communication, writing, and multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools, design collaboration (Canva, Adobe, or similar), and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and vendor management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven, and cross-functional environment.
